I lived at Fox Chase for 2 year. As a lot of students live here, especially medical students to be near the medical campus of Univ. of Toledo, I offer my advice: I think you need to WATCH OUT! Is OVERpriced for what you get (kitchen appliances don't even include microwave, which you have to buy yourself). The office staff are not particularly helpful (they disappear for 1.5+ hours around lunchtime as I found out more than once while trying to drop off my monthly rent). The biggest hassle I had was they refused to return my security deposit. I even had a walkthrough where the staff said everything was OK, but I did not get my full security deposit back. When I called to complain, the staff lied to me about what had happened. I was so angry I called the corporate office (Cottonwood Properties in Utah) to demand my full deposit refund. Cottonwood refused to help. If you move here, I would recommend that you watch your wallet carefully!
