The apartment was excellent when I first moved in. However, it has taken quite a term with the vandalism, break ins, and maintenance of community spaces.

The common areas are dirty and carpets are already stained. Elevators are smelly and the lobby looks like a mailroom.

I would tell them itâs over priced. I like the location and the look of the building. Itâs not safe to leave your car parked here overnight. Security is pretty much non existent.

The building has poor ventilation. We can smell anytime someone cooks something odorous in their apartment, and when neighbors are smoking weed. Anytime someone uses the grills it also routes into the apartment. Additionally the building isn't very clean. There is dust and dirt build up, the roof pillows etc are moldy. The outside area has little trees with dirt around them that are utilized for dog waste. It has no mulch,no gravel etc. Owners don't clean up. If they put turf or gravel down it would cut down on some mess.

I would recommend this apartment community because it feels safe, the staff is friendly and knows us by name and that makes me feel really cared for as a tenant!
