This place is infested with bedbugs, mice, rats, and sewer flies. The management is not helpful and the place should be shut down

This complex had switched hands many times. We had a wonderful manager for about a year. The current management and owner are lax with care and maintenance of the overall building and grounds. The heating and water issues happen with out proper notice or attention. We had experienced loss of heat for a whole weekend during the winter and also several days without water. Unacceptable when you have children as many renters here do. Poor maintenance, slow for service, no return phone calls and nothing is accomplished on the weekends or holidays.

I have lived here for several years and cannot wait to move. If you like mice roaches Loud neighbors with thin walls not having heat in middle of winter being nickeled and dimed by the new owners who are the fifth ones in three years then move here. Oh also if you like being completely talked down to and treated like dirt
 from management this is the place for you. Seriously do not move here it is really bad especially if you have kids.
