Well it's in a good location it's less than 5 minutes away from my work. I can walk to Kohl's it's right out my front door. I'm on the bottom floor which I really love and with me getting older I'm glad I don't have any steps in my apartment.

None of my friends or family members would want to live environments surrounded by smoke damage and the smell of smoke or trash litter everywhere. No one paying rent and actually taking care of their apartments and following rules - and who does not smoke - should have to live through constant migraines and asthma attacks because of someone who cannot use their outdoor patio to smoke outside but instead smokes inside with windows shut. No one should have to want to sit outside on their balcony on a nice day and see trash EVERYWHERE including their own friggen balcony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The building itself is filthy dirty and the storage units are used as a trash dumpster except it never gets picked up ⦠entrance doors are disgusting (never been cleaned) carpets in halls are gross and smell etc etc etc

Love the apartments themselves and the location, but as noted before, upkeep of the building and grounds has gone steadily downhill. Especially for the price, I would expect more. I've been pretty disappointed in the way things have been handled for the past year or so. It seems like we're the "poor relation" of Friedman Realty, since we're such a small complex. Does anyone from the company ever even check on the grounds at all?

I would recommend this community but the biggest drawback is the washer and dryer machines. They always break and it takes so long for them to be fixed.

The apartment itself is nice, comfortable and love the windows ... its the way mantence request are handled and no pride in any work that is done and the mess that is left is unbelievable .. I just get to the point where I accept that this is how things are taken care of here so I live with it ... I still have requests from when I moved in that are still not done

I would not recommend for the moment because cleanliness of the building is abysmal. You should really start deep cleaning at least twice a week. The laundry machines are prone to faultiness.
