The agent was an experienced a salesperson who was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and sincere. She spent sufficient time with me and answered all of my questions quickly, with confidence and without hesitation.

The community puts its best foot forward for the customer. I love the trash valet and the 24 hour access to the exercise room and business center in the clubhouse.

The leasing professional was personable and sincere in her approach. Although she presented the features and amenities of the community and the apartment, she did not ask me questions about my needs or attempt to show how the community and apartment met them. She also failed to create excitement about the idea of me living there. Despite her sales technique, however, a customer looking to rent an apartment in that geographic area and at that price point would be hard-pressed to find a community that offered new, upgraded apartments and amenities comparable to Woodmont Place.

The leasing professional did a fine job presenting the newer community, it's amenities and benefits. The community was well maintained and comfortable living.

The clubhouse and the amenities within it were very welcoming and clean. The kitchen in the clubhouse was complete and I like that residents do not have to pay to hold parties in the clubhouse. Although summer is over, the pool looked open and was still extremely clean. The apartment was brightly lit and welcoming. There were a lot of large closets and plenty of storage in the apartment and had garages available to rent for added storage if needed.
