The leasing professional was friendly and polite, however, I felt she could have personalized the tour to my needs. The community amenities such as the pool, the tennis courts, volleyball courts, fitness area and grilling area all appeared relatively new and well maintained. Even though I felt that the monthly rent was a not a great value, I felt that I could live there at least for a short while. Based on the community amenities and the location of the apartment community to downtown, I would likely lease there and recommend the community to my family and friends.

The leasing professional was pleasant and provided a comfortable level of engagement. She customized the tour to meet my need on a comfortable level. The community felt comfortable and provided an above average level of amenities, along with convenience. I could envision myself living here and recommending it to others.
