And this is ONLY because if the other people in here. They leave trash bags everywhere... that’s not an exaggeration. Your office staff have been getting their butts handed to them and they reach out several times and still people who love here out their trash bags NEXT TO THE EMPTY DUMPSTER. Or in the basement. My apartment has mice because of this. So no. I would never recommend this apartment. But again, that is NOT on the office staff. They’re trying to get these adults to act as such.

The apartments are outdated and need to be upgraded, with that being said the cost will reflect on raising the rent.
