Ever since Aspen Square Management got property is chaos. The staff is not friendly at all. You go to the management to talk about issues with the property they look at you like saying... here it comes another complain and I don't want to deal with it. (1) Parking issues: They say they issue parking permits to guarantee a parking space for each apartment and is not true. Neighbors have sometime 3 or 4 parking permits per apartment. (2) Neighbors that don't care about cleaning common areas (3) neighbors with loud noises and party all the time. (4) I even found out that apartments near mine have bed bugs. (5) Now the management wants to create a monopoly with Hargray (the worst cable and internet provider) because they want to remove all satellite dishes on the property without respecting the contract agreements that are in effect. An agreement where you requested approval for your satellite dish installation and was granted.
