I lived here for 5 years and when the current management took over within the last year, we hoped for an improvement. That was not the case. Maintenance call response times went up and often requests had to be made more than once and a major repair that our place needed since the prior management was merely "appraised" but never repaired. Pet waste that wasn't scooped was suppose to results in fines to the offending owners but was never enforced. Therefore, watching your step outside there was a requirement. If ever asked about living here, my simplest response is, "No!"
