The rental rate was expensive and the community was very dated. It needed a face lift.

I could tell that it was an older apartment community. However, I could also tell that there have been steps to upgrade the apartment. I thought the pool, carwash, trails, and playground were good amenities. If the leasing professional takes a prospective resident to these amenities, that will help them decide to lease there or not.

The Roper Mountain Woods community gave a feeling of acceptance to children with the kiddie pool, stocked ponds, walking trail and a play area. I would recommend this to my family and friends.

I found the common areas to be well kept but the apartment to be small and quite ordinary. The agent did not show me the amenities, which I would need to see to help make an overall appraisal.

This community would be a option to me being the convenience of the location and the option to have washer/dryer included. I also liked that the complex had parking on the front side and back side so there was always ample parking. I was not at all impressed with the look or smell of the hallways but once inside it was okay. The bathroom was basic but I did like that also one had fans since not all apartments had those available. The agent was very nice and informative.

The community location stood out as convenient to shopping and yet somewhat quiet. The amenities were somewhat average, but the fishing lake and the adjacent clubhouse were inviting. The apartment was adequate, but the rate was a decent value for what was offered.
