Unfortunately this community has been sold and the declination of the property and standards left with Greystar. The newest addition is the sprinkling of dog feces throughout the once lush grounds. The trash in the ponds have deterred the water fowl that once was found abundantly in the area. The pool is full of sand and causes rashes. The club house once stocked with water bottles, warm baked cookies and fresh towels for workouts is a ghost town. Spend your money elsewhere. This complex has not only lost it's luster, it has lost the sense of community it brought through the weekly events sponsored by the Cares Team that left with Greystar. The new management is anything but southern and the northern influences is rampant. This community is now over rated and not worth the expense when you can buy for the same cost you would spend in rent
