On 1/10/15 I sent an email to the office regarding hearing scratching noises in the wall. After waiting a few days, and no response I emailed again on 1/13/15. They normally reply within 24 hours max. I emailed again on 1/15, due to no one replying and went in to the office later that day. The issue was never addressed by the workers in the office. I had to call the management office on 1/18/15 due to there being a hole in the wall from whatever is residing in the walls of our apartment. The hole was patched up the same day and today(1/25), I am sitting here looking at another hole in the same place.

I spoke with maintenance on 1/23 who informed me they were not aware there was still an issue. The office workers have not been relaying information to maintenance to take care of this, in addition to not communicating to me how this would be addressed. Today, maintenance informed me that pest control would have to come out on Monday.

Had the lady I told on 1/15 put this in and told maintenance about this, the issue would have been resolved already and I would not be looking at another hole in my wall in the exact same place.

This has been one of the many issues we've had since living here.
