I have lived at this complex for over 5 years and have seen many changes in management. The current management company has made a great deal of investments in this property. Starting with the roofing upgrades, new paint, weather proofing, paving, and landscaping. Since I have been in my unit so long, I can not speak to the upgrades inside the units, but I have been told that they have upgraded the carpeting and countertops. I would recommend staying here now for a short period until you have found your dream area.
