We lived here for 2 years, there are lots of great features about this apartment complex: nice pool, nice gym, relatively quiet, good price for what you get. However be very careful of what you are being charged for. Read your contract carefully... We had 3 year old carpet when we moved in and later discovered a "new carpet premium" was inserted into our contract charging us an additional fee. When we brought it to their attention we were told they could remove it but would just increase the rent to make it the same price. Also, be warned that your pet deposit goes to absolutely nothing - when we moved out we were charged for all new carpet (the entire apartment) for one stain. Also, the "free monthly massage" is for the first 25ish people who get to the office to sign up. Again, nice for what you get but just be aware that they are money hungry.
