very few affordable apartments are perfect, but cordova creek apartments have a considerable deficiency in two areas. 1) the office staff does not follow through with the application process, to general requests for included amenities, and especially not to legitimate noise complaints. even when they offer to address a situation, you may find out weeks later that they never got around to it. you must stay on them constantly to get anything done, even your application and move in.
2) if you live on a first floor unit under another tenant, you should be prepared to hear every foot step they make b/c the floors are INCREDIBLY squeaky and Sentinel Properties will not even attempt to address the situation. it makes no difference to them if your neighbor walks around all night long and keeps you awake. my neighbor isn't being unreasonably loud, the FLOOR is unreasonably squeaky.

the complex looks great, water bill is high as they sprinkle the lawn continuously, germantown parkway is very loud if you live on that side, and the maintenance staff seem to be very quick.
