Iâve referred 4 people here and honestly probably wonât anymore. If you want a nice pool with amenities Iâd probably look elsewhere because you canât have more than 1 guest over. All other amenities you can find elsewhere anyway.
Everything about this place has been a wonderful experience but for us to pay a premium to live in a place like this and not be able to use the pool how it used to be is simply a waste of money. People could go to 1200 broadway or 5th and Broadway and have a much better social experience.

The Morris is an awesome place to live, unfortunately my neighbors all have extremely loud dogs that constantly barking day and night.

The only reasons I would not recommend the building is due to the construction/noise surrounding the building. The apartment itself is great. My only critique is now that Nashville is open post-Covid, I think the residents only policy in amenity spaces should be lifted.

This community always strives to improve and be of service to its residents. The common areas are well kept and the staff is always willing to help. All my needs and wants have been met.

This community has turned into undergrad housing. These college kids trash the hallways and are loud and obnoxious.

I recommended LMC to my brother living in Atlanta, who just signed at Vireo! I think LMC does a great job of providing more than just an apartment, but a home where I feel safe and welcome (the front desk staff and maintenance crew are PHENOMENAL).
