Ive lived in the Benton Apartments since Dec 2014. I was clear before I moved in that the hot tub was important because of my job. The hot tub has only worked one day since I've been here. Which is unacceptable. Especially in light of your advertising. The entire management has been misleading about the hot tub including the manager. I've been told at least 20 different reasons why it's not fixed. I was a homeowner for more than 20 years before I moved here. I'm aware that you can get a part from China in one week to fix any issue with any hot tub. It is ridiculous. Now they say I cannot use it because they have lost their pool permits. How in the world does an apartment complex lose its pool permits where the residents cannot even enter the pool area to get into the hot tub? Mind you the hot tub is best utilized during the winter months. Now it's almost summer. I was also told there were four bicycles that I could borrow owned by the complex. There are none. Lastly there are so many dogs here that you can't walk anywhere in the grass without stepping in dog poop. You will eventually track it into your apartment.
