Not Enough To Keep Renters
Apartments built very cheap, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing and if someone is living on top of you it is the worst. You can't use one of the amenities (pool table), only doing office office hours and the apartment have been sold to someone else within the year. For the price it is not worth it........
