One of the thing that stood out the most was the efficiency of their staff. The office stays busy but there is a work flow and as you walk through the door you are greeted regardless of who is being helped. After your acknowledge they thank you for waiting and finish assisting those who were ahead. They are direct and to the point and management works well to assist the agents to make sure office flows and are in order. I'm never waiting too long and if there is a time that I am the friendliness of the staff compensates for it and you forget that you even had to wait. The Units are Amazing older Apartment homes that are well taken care of. You can't beat the price for the space and this year they did renovations and upgrades and I'm excited about renewing my lease and transferring to an upgraded unit. The location is perfect makes traveling between Dallas and Fort Worth easy because its near all highways like 183, 360, I-30, and FM 157. I love the new Accent Colors they have and the Hardwood Floor, New Carpet, New Bathrooms, and New Cabinets. Truly Amazing and I know you will Love it!!!
