Been waiting on my shower to be fixed for a bout a week and a half.
The floor wont drain and is flooded and multiple work orders have been ignored. In addition to this we had a roach problem for 3 months due to poor construction leaving a gap between the base boards and the floor. The a/c breaks down every now and then, and the toilet used to leak until I took care of it myself (I was left a note from the maintenance crew giving me instructions on how to do it myself). Overall, I am disappointed in this complex, It looks very nice at face value, but not a well functioning place to live
