It will only get more expensive to live here

Please see "value" comments above. I would recommend only to the people I know who could afford rent here which is a slim bunch.

Please add carpeting to apartments that are on 2nd, third floor to prevent excessive noise from upstairs neighbors. The apartment above us is rented out to WanderJaunt. It is super noisy depending on who is there and every step can be heard.

I would recommend this apartment complex to people who get to work from home, its very quiet and calm during the day making working from home easier

I don't have any friends or family in Texas.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would, but with the caveat that it is highly priced and not a great value

I would not recommend to any one due to the way contracts are written in an abusive way.

The property is not at all energy efficient. When the wind blows and windows are closed, blinds move due to the air that is coming in from outside. For the size of the complex, workout facility is too small and there is not enough oversight.

I would try to eliminate the annoyance of jumping and running up and down the stairs noises that I hear on the daily and nightly basis.

Place doesn't "look" bad, but the kitchen and bathrooms are pretty rough shape and outdated. Tiny refrigerator and kitchen. Some residents bring in a lot of outside non-residents to the pool. This place is low to low-middle on scale of nice "townhomes" and a lot of the residents reflect that.

The only upscale amenity (GYM) it’s poorly maintained

Need more time to see how new management is
