The office staff and maintenance are great. They are very professional and respond promptly. The grounds are always kept clean and well maintained. The rent is very reasonable for a fast growing area. The apartments are located close to a large mall and many other shopping area and restaurants. The toll road and major freeways are within miles away. The management has made many upgrades to the apartments and seem to continuously be looking to be improving them. I have had problems with loud naighbors in the past, but the management has dealt with these issues promptly.
