Minor Problems but overall a good place
Broadstone Travesia has been a good place to live, but like any community, the gates frequently don't work. There are minopr construction flaws like faulty cabinets, bad seals, missing caulking in places... My apartment seems to leak a lot of air. They do have a great maintenance guy who is on top of everything.
