This Apartment Complex is the worst. I can claim SEVERAL reasons why you should never consider living here. They trick you with the mock up apartment. Everything looks nicer and the apartment you will actually rent is bad! Additionally, they claim to be dog friendly but they will fine you $50 if you ever let your dog off leash!! There is plenty of space for dogs to play but they aren't allowed off leash at all of the complex will FINE YOU! Parking is awful. It always hard to find a spot. Anyone can park on the premise without a sticker or permit. There is always construction going on and it doesn't ever seem to make the place any better. The gym is awful: so tiny, gets to be 150 degrees in the summer and has no equipment. There is no lighting in the bedrooms or living areas. There are bugs in the summer months (big cockroaches). They always claim to change the air filters but never do so the AC/Heater never works in your room. All in all please do not consider living here!!!!
