University Trails looks great when you tour it but when you move in it is a completely different story.
We were all promised very nice furniture and clean apartments (as they should be cleaned). None of that was followed through with though.
On move in day, my apartment was dirty and disgusting and the furniture looked like it was actually pulled out of a dumpster.
The only pros about living here are the pool and the distance from campus but you could find that in many different places!
