I have lived at this property before about 15 yrs ago. and all I can say is OMG....these apartment have gone down hill......the residents themselves dont care about the property, they destroy and vandalize the property along with other tenets property, and when you file a complain to the office, they dont care either so what are you suppose to do. Nothing ever gets fixed in a timely manner, I had a flood a couple of times because the sewerage is always backed up and it took them 3 days to finally come out and look at the problem, after I spent money out of my pocket to rent a shop vac to pick up all the water. Trash bins are always full and even around the bins residents just throw their trash on the ground. And I can go on and on and on......but the whole point is that they need a manager who is willing to enforce all the rules to the property and deliver, and if you have complaints with proof of the vandalism you should be evicted, no questions asked......
