I have lived here since 2011 and recently another management company took over the property. The building is quickly doing into disrepair. Outside lighting is either destroyed or not working. Soil around trees and shrubs are in need of soil and mulch... roots show. Garage gates are not secure. Trash shoots are broken and they no longer spray an disinfectant/deodorizer down the shoots. Maintenance is not reliable and scarce. Management consistently says they will address issues and do not.
