The older kids are loud at night the ground are kept nice the majority of the time. The issues I really have is not with the apartments but with people that live there as well. Now when it comes to the maintenance me they are never prompt. I put a work order in 2 weeks ago and nothing yet. What would make the apts perfect is washer dryer connections.

I would say okay as a pit stop until something better comes along

its sad how these suppose to be all bills paid apartment and all of sudden you have to pay light and water bill.....and on top of that when you pay rent and have a remaining balance on you light and water bill they taking money from your rent to pay that balance for your lights and water I feel like your rent is rent and your water is water and lights is lights. overall the apartments are good just don't agree on the light and water bill.....just don't see how they determian how much the amount of your utilities suppose to be....
