Been living here since last summer. The worst. The model they show is nothing like the actual apartment. The dishwasher is full of rusty parts, I had a centipede infestation for the first 3-4 months living here, the walls are paper thin (I can hear my neighbors sneezing. Ridiculous!!!), the front gate is never closed so there's all types of random people walking around, residents have screaming matches with their significant other all hours of the night out in the parking lot, you only get 14 visitors passes a month, only one way in and one way out, and the only lights you have are one kitchen light, bathroom lights and closet light. There's nothing in the living room so be prepared to buy your own lamp/fan if needed. There's no bedroom light either so again, bring your own lamp/fan. Tiles in the bathroom need to be re-grouted, it's disgusting. For the price I pay, I expected a lot more. The office staff answers questions, maintenance requests, yadda yadda but that does not change the fact that this place is a dump. DO NOT LIVE HERE, IT'S A BAD COMPLEX!
