The community is young and fun. Nice summer pool 🥳 parties and walking distance to amazing bars and restaurants. Whole foods grocery 6 blocks away,any Nail spas to.choose from all walking distance.

The place is always dirty (trash over flowing ALWAYS), broken gate for 2 weeks, no parking validation stickers upon move in, apt at move in did not seemed like it was deep cleaned).

This place has really gone downhill. They clearly don’t have full time maintenance staff on site. The billing process has been a mess. The power went out, the hot water went out, the garage gate still doesn’t work. The new management doesn’t fix things in the same timely manner as the previous company.

The garbage situation here is horrific. The garbage room does not get cleaned/emptied on the weekends and is constantly overflowing. Additionally, the garbage cans in the parking garage do not get emptied on a regular basis either. It is disgusting. The common spaces are not taken care of properly. The carpet in the hallways and the floor in the lobby are often visibly dirty. The exit gate has been broken numerous times. The call box is no longer working. The transition between management has been a complete inconvenience and incredibly messy. My apartment itself is fine but the complex has suffered since I moved in 3 years ago.
