Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator
The property was a little outdated for the area and the grounds were a little messy. It definitely could have used a quick clean up. I probably would not have chosen to live there, due to the other apartments in the area having more amenities and being a greater value.
Its ok could use some minor improvements.
landscaping is needed, my wall were not freshly painted when I moved in and need to be but now have to live with it for a year a non-urgent maintenance request apparently take more than 3 business days and the kids from across the st are always here daily in the summer there is not a on duty security guard paroling regularly you have to call if needed beside those updated needed it overall ok.

The property is well maintained and a good value.
The maintenance and office staff are friendly, helpful and professional. If there is an issue, it is promptly resolved.
