Save yourself the trouble! This Apartment Complex is extremely unprofessional from the rental office to the corporate office Pinnacle. I signed a lease and paid for the 1st month rent on 6/4 to move in on 6/12 only to be notified on 6/10 that the apartment would not be available until 6/20. By this time I had already turned on all utilities, transferred my mail and gave my notice to vacate at my prior residence. Despite calling Kristy and Samantha at the corporate office for 7 days straight not 1 phone call was returned and nothing was offered for my inconvenience.
