The property manager and office staff are rude and uncaring. The maintenance staff are slow to respond and typically the work is inadequate. The landscaping in front of the model is great but not so much everywhere else. The pools are frequently closed. I had to call the health department out to have molded/mildewed baseboards removed because I was not having any luck getting the property personnel to do it.
