New management, for the hundreth time.I actually been here 3 years,No break ins,No shootings,Maybe every blue moon,u hear a shot r two,Somebody probally playin with theyre new gun.Its one of the safest places i have stayed.I actually feel safe at night with my two girls.

New management is taking care of business and upgrading units for a better modern experience. Love the new unit and the upgrades.

I've lived in the complex for seven years. Recently a sale took place and new management took over. The managers in the office are terribly rude, demeaning, and belittling. They are alienating every long term tenant in an attempt to force a move so that more can be charged for the units. Usually you have property owners that value long tenancy not the case with this company. I hate to leave a place where I've raised by family but I will not tolerate being treated so horribly by management.
