I have had a very disappointing experience with Wildwood Creek Apartments. I do not recommend living here, unless you want to live in a community where the employees, management included, will not work with you when THEY make a mistake. I had not one, but TWO incidences where the employees did not tell me the whole story, and then made me pay HUNDREDS of dollars for the misinformation that I received. I did not receive compassion, nor understanding from these people when the mistakes were theirs. It is clear that they only want your money, and do not care if you are misinformed, or miscommunicated to. I have never had an apartment experience in which the employees were unwilling to work with their customers, especially when they were at fault.
