Love it here at Promenade Jersey Village

I've lived here for one month and I love it. This is an older property so it's not perfect but I've had a great experience so far. The young ladies in the office assist me every time I call or stop by the office. me. The leasing staff is nice and friendly. The apartments are older but I like the garden tub, granite countertops & the tennis courts! I did not like the white appliances but overall I found the perfect apartment for me & at a good price.

Terrible New Management and Bugs

BUGS! No matter how many times they spray or how clean I keep my apartment there are always small roaches, etc. it's disgusting. The new management (July 2014) is horrible. They don't care about the tenants at all. They've created a new parking system where all visitors who are parked from 10 pm - 10 am have to pay $5 or they will get towed!! This is northwest Houston, not downtown, there are always parking spots so this is just an excuse for the new owners to squeeze more money out of the tenants. They also won't allow any furniture or grills on the exterior of the apartment... Including doormats! They are also enforcing these rules mid-lease for the tenants! In addition, the new company is very inconsiderate and has been chopping away at most of the trees on the property and starts to ground them down to wood chips right after the sun comes up- it is so loud! What attracted many people to the property was the grounds: the many big trees and the shade they provide. This new management has destroyed that. Terrible, terrible new management company.
