would not recomend anyone to move here
i have been living here for 3 years and things are starting to go downhill.
1.it takes al least 2 days for a simple maintenance request.
2. you are charged 27 dollars for trash service that if you work late and not home before they pick the trash you will need to take the trash out. This would be ok if I could use the service.
3.they give you these rubber bands to identify you and your guest and if you loose the bands its a 25 dollar charge .
4.you pay monthly for covered parking that is not enforced by the towing signs.they have now passed out a plastic tag to place in your window and if its not there your car will be tow away.They also will charge you 25 dollars if you loose the TAG.
5.AND THE MOST IMPORTANT FACT IS THAT SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE LACKS COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS, RUDE AND NEED SERIOUS TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Poor Customer Service Poor Maintenace
The office staff was friendly, but completely unhelpful. The office manager was non-responsive or rude every time I tried to contact her about issues (e.g. construction damaging walls in my apt, my AC not working repeatedly over a two month period, the fire alarm system error message beeping for a full weekend and being told my office staff it was not an emergency.) The size and general appearance are probably worth the money, but the equipment is apparently not well maintained and the office manager is horrible. The overall management company (Greystar) provided no help either when I tried to contact them.
