This place looks good on the outside (well kept landscaping and maitenance crew is top notch) it is located in a great area of Dallas/Ft. Worth but that's about all that is good about this place. Everything is cheaply made, from the fake "stainless" steel appliances, to the fake "hardwood" flooring. They made sure to construct buildings at the cheapest cost and furnish them with fixtures that are as well. You are NOT getting what you pay for. Please research this place before you decide to rent and pay attention to everything before signing when visting. Ask a friend to go with you, and you evaluate the noise level of the apartment while you are inside and they go up and down the stairs in the breezeway(try it you'll thank me for posting this). There are better apartments in Las Colinas.
