Overall Good

Location Staff Floor plans- Good

Common areas are not cleaned often.- to be improved

Rules do not apply to everyone!

The leasing office does not enforce rules equally for all tenants. Maintenance does not repair problems timely and when they do repair things it is not quality work. Really sad since this is a beautiful property. Be prepared to be your own handyman and put up with problems that will not get resolved.

good homes

its near to schools.

Renewal rates are increasing with no control!

watch out for rental rates!

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

My big thing with any purchase is customer service. The leasing professional failed to create rapport and be genuine about it.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

I would recommend this property. The agent was really nice, and she gave me a list of other Lincoln Properties to see if they had something that I might like.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

The few community common areas I saw were clean. The associate was very dry and direct, and I did not leave feeling as if she had a vested interest in whether I leased there or not.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

Verandah is a nice property, not overly priced, with great amenities and upgrades.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

The leasing professional did a very good job of qualifying my needs and my budget. She asked about pets, floor, how many would be living there, size of my furniture and my move date. When I expressed concern about the size of the one bedroom, she found me a two bedroom that fit my needs for storage and my budget. She showed me some of the amenities after showing me the apartment. Finding me the first floor apartment was very perceptive on her part.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

I believe the apartment is a good value for the price.
