We have very loud neighbors who play Mexican music very loud at all times of the evening. I frequently cannot hear my own TV in my apartment at volume 25 because of their music.

The parking is a mess! Having people park wherever they choose is a pain. Not to mention is so bad some residents park in the visitors park therefore, there so no parking for visitors. The smoking in the "non-smoking" complex is becoming unbearable. All you have to do is walk around the property and you can clearly see cigarette, black and mild, and other butts littered all around the property. Valet trash comes when it wants to. With no prior notice when they will not be collecting trash. So, you may have your trash piling up whenever they do decide to pick up. Also, they leave trash that has fallen out of the bags around the community.

I would recommend this community because it’s clean and quiet. It’s safe.

This community lowered its rental restrictions with new management and there are more break ins and trashy

If you don't have animals or care about the outside area of the complex than it is fine to live at. Other than that it is well overpriced for the state of the complex.

The guy in the office is rude.

Personnel is very friendly, professional, and the property is always well-maintained. The ONLY negative is that parking is horrible, but I ended up renting a garage, so problem solved.

Not enjoyable living. Parking is a nightmare. There is no visitor parking inside the gate, making it difficult for my elderly aunt to visit. Parking shortage for residents.

The staff is incredible, always quick to respond and help in any way they can. Great common areas. Appartments are new and have great natural lighting. Everything you need. Covered parking is also great.

I would recommend as I believe this is a nice place to live. The only drawback i have is the neighbors above are extremely loud and I constantly hear their heavy footprints and loud banging. I would recommend not living on the second floor.

Mgmt doesn’t enforce smoking rules and visitor parking rules. Lots of noise

Rent is over priced. There is no control over parking situations. Residents are parking in the Visitor Parking making it impossible to have friends over. Most of the time when I come home I cant find a spot close to my apartment bldg entrance and when I look at cars for stickers I see cars that are not supposed to be parked there. Noisy Cars, smell of marijuana and smoke in the hallways, loud music.
