This place has a contract with a towing company that comes and trolls the property for any car that does not have a sticker and is not parked in the very limited "guest" parking. They towed my sons car, who had just returned from 6 years in the USAF, and was visiting his brother who lived there. They were going on a hunting trip and all guest spots were full. My daughter in law kept his keys and attempted to move it several times and the guest spots were full. One guest spot was taken up by a boat trailer. There are roughly 12 guest spots for a complex that is several hundred units. The management did not care and also advised that they do no call for specific issues to be towed they simply allow the tow truck to come around whenever the tow truck feels like it and tow at will. It cost a returning veteran 300 to get his car back when every reasonable attempt was made to park then re-park the car. Good luck to your guests if you live here and have anyone over for a party or dinner or whatever. Luck of the draw if they get towed away at 300 dollars a pop.
