This place has bad customer service. Went with my friends to check it out and they only show you what they want. They failed to show me a lot of areas I was curious about and I did not like that very much. We thought it would be cool to rent an apartment here and it was not what we expected at all. I started checking out reviews everywhere and I was not happy with what I found. I think I may look elsewhere.

If I could give less than one star I would. This has been the worst living experience in my life. The management was rude and refused to speak with me. They wouldn't let me out of my contract even after I paid two months rent and still hadn't seen my apartment. Not to mention, they stuck me in Newman Hall, the worst apartments in Kingsville. At Newman I had to share a bedroom, pay to do laundry and I didn't have my own kitchen. The reason why I selected The Legends at Kingsville was because I wanted to have the privacy of my own bedroom, my own washer and dyer and I wanted a full size kitchen so I wouldn't have to buy a meal plan! Even though the building are no longer condemned problems continue to arise. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
