Watch For Dog Poo
Watch your step, some parts of the property is just plain nasty from dog poo, no one seems to pick up. No live plants, the ones on the porch outside the office are dead, seemingly for a long time. There is a mandatory $25 per month trash pick up fee, you'd think that could cover picking up behind dogs.
