Selected due to location, price, with water, trash & sewer included, well kept grounds, pleasant helpful staff. Since moving in all is good. Maintenance takes care of community by picking up trash and dog waste daily. Office staff helped me locate dry cleaners and even gave me some coupons. Manager called me a week after I moved in to see if I needed anything. I have had no problems and lived here two months. Better than last place. Thank you Enclave!
