Walls are completely thin - you can hear everything beside (did not have neighbors above or below). There is absolutely no water pressure. Maintenance requests took days and were often not completed. But the worst is that is infested with bugs. You can not go to the pool without being stung by a wasp, go into the yard without seeing a scorpion - worst of all, we have had three separate infestations of fire ants inside our apartment. During the most recent, it took six days, two written requests and a call to get the exterminator. We were forced to throw out shoes, clothing and bedding because they were so infested. I was stung so much that I had to go to the hospital and be on steroids. My kids were stung multiple times and have scars. My family was quite literally scarred by living there. The management's input was to offer the suggestion: "purchase a bug bomb at Target". It is absolutely not worth the cost to live here.

I will start off by saying that my ONLY complaint with this complex is the lack of water pressure. The leasing agents won't tell you about that even though they've been confronted by MANY MANY residents on this issue. The leasing agents themselves are great, friendly people, but they know there's a major issue with the pressure and it's quite ridiculous that they "can't" do anything about it and they certainly won't tell you about it. I beg you to check the water pressure before you sign the dotted line. Again, other than the water pressure I love the place, but sadly water pressure is something that's important to many people
