Came here because we were going to move to Lufkin but job transfer fell through. The girls in the front office were helpful and we even met the maintenance man who was nice. They were friendly and knowledgable and gave me all the information I needed for us to move. One of them gave us a tour and the property was really quiet, we didn't see any body except maybe one car drive by while we were out. The apartment floor plan was cool, bigger then the ones we had seen around town. Location was nice, right by Walmart but not smack in the middle of town. We were going to rent with them but didn't get the chance. Will be renting with them when we finally get our transfer to go through!

I have lived here over a year now and really enjoy it. It has its issues like any apartment complex but the ladies in the office are great and do what they can to help. Neighbors are friendly, everyone watches out for each other and its close to college but not so close that i never feel like im not actually at school haha
High speed internet is free and really helps with my classes.
