DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Wish I would of done some research. Google if you don't belive me. I'm a manager and I hate to get bad reviews so I never write any but this place is at a whole other lever. Cons: NO PARKING, they will suggest getting a garage or carport upon signing DO IT. Otherwise you will have to walk a mile or min half-mile. Also don't expect to have friends over since there is basically no visitor parking. What little they have its always in use. 2. Noise. Live on the 3rd floor if you don't want to hear your neighbors walking but beware because your downstairs will complain about you walking. I live on the 2nd floor and I get to hear my upstairs neighbor and I get to hear the complaints my downstairs neighbors say. Noise/ disturbance...I'm walking. Get use to it! 3. Bathtub was refinished poorly and the caulking was not done with the proper caulk and its already cracked. Prev neighbors made a few holes in the doors and they were patched up poorly. I did write this down when we moved in. 4) My neighbor that loves to complaint about me walking loves to leave his trash out in the stairwell a day before trash pick up. Stairwells are always dirty. DO NOT LET THE BELLS AND WHISTLES OF THIS PLACE FOOL YOU. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. I'm already thinking about breaking my lease. God Help me.
