This is, BY FAR, the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in!!! The management is TERRIBLE, EXTREMELY SLOW, and TOTALLY RUDE!! Every time I call in or come in with an issue I'm greeted as if I'm "putting them out", as if they didn't get PAID to serve ME (a resident). Not only that, BUT MY APARTMENT IS FULL OF ROACHES! So are all my neighbors!! My wife and I are VERY clean and tidy people. We've NEVER experienced anything like this anywhere else we've lived in Mckinney. I'm desperately wishing we could move, and we've only been here two months!
