why is there a $35 charge for reserved/covered parking when we don t have covered parking on the property and I already pay $80 for the garage and parking in front of the garage? I m not going to pay this additional charge.

I really liked the apartment and the community seemed nice, but I did not like the way I was handled during the touring process. I did not feel as if the leasing agent was interested in helping me find the right apartment home.

The people in the office are great, but maintenance needs improving.

My apartment was not move-in ready and when I called to report the issues they never came out. I had to call a second time 3 days later on a Saturday and he wasn't able to fix all the problems, but said someone would come out on Monday, but they didn't and now it's Wednesday (a week later) and still my faucets are leaking, a shelf is missing in the master bedroom, there's a big hole in the window screen, etc.

The floor in the kitchen is worn out, peeling, yellowed with age, patched, etc., and should've been replaced.

With improvements with the maintenance service I would recommend this property.
