This was a well well maintained and clean community. The apartments were large, with garages and ceiling fans in several rooms. The rental rates were very reasonable, and the leasing agent was enthusiastic, energetic, and professional.

This was a great apartment complex in every way. It was clean, attractive and reasonable in price. Rhonda is a born salesperson, and she believes in her community. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. If I ever do relocate to Nacogdoches I would consider living there.

The exterior facade was impressive. Some of the landscaping was less than top notch. The burned out garage certainly needed to be repaired. The office was most impressive as was the leasing agent.
